shocked as in:

a) that they got away with it for so long?
b) even in Cali, laws can still be enforced?
c) that no one warned them, like as happened in the past?
d) or any combination of the above?

how many times in 30 years did he file Fed income tax?

quote:

spent three weeks in jail 14 years ago after an arrest for driving under the influence, and that he had been cited in the past for driving without a license.

but I'm sure he had insurance right?

So he can pay back taxes before being able to reapply for citizenship.

Last summer, he lost a vineyard job when his wife had multiple hernia surgeries, she said. Recently, he’s been juggling construction jobs while taking his wife to weekly medical appointments and his 15-year-old son, Juan, to physical therapy. The teen had open heart-surgery as an infant, his mother said, and has needed constant care since.

I'll bet A WHOLE LOT OF MONEY that people on this board paid for all of this.

The criminal alien should be happy he stayed under the radar for all that time, and got to enjoy is time here in the greatest nation the world had ever known.

The guy was a damn criminal for 10950 days. frick him. If I tried that crap in Mexico I would be in prison. A mexican prison.

I hope he is never allowed to return to my country.

You got damn right we do. There are legal Americans, named John, Juan, Bill, or Mohammed, that are denied life saving treatment bc of drains on the system that shouldn't be here.

frick that illegal. Let those benefits help a Mexican family that handled their business to join our country. The family that handled their business to come to the US deserve it as much as any American, but an illegal immigrant doesn't deserve shite but deportation.

Wtf is so hard to understand about this?

What's interesting about this are the collateral arrests that are happening as a result of ICE having to go in to communities since local jails will not cooperate with ICE.

Cooperate, and ICE only takes criminals. Don't cooperate, And ICE goes out and finds criminals. And many more.

Nice "frick you" to the local liberal politicians.

Look, I'm no Trump supporter and frick the Dems, frick the green party "Independents" and all the other nonsense. I'm a centrist which makes me a commie left by this board's standards.

But it doesn't matter if he was a paragon of virtue in his community, a great dad, nothing. Illegals no matter how good they are ruin it for the Legal Immigrants who already form a lower class and have to compete with illegals. They make illegals themselves more vulnerable as a community since what are they going to do when they are abused, they have no recourse. We have to get them out and we have to hold our politicians feet to the fire and get them the spine to go after those that hire illegals. At least a little action on one is happening. Their shitty life back homeland ways is not our problem.

Surprised no one has mentioned all the medical problems that his family has had. I’m sure he paid that with cash right?

My grandmother went through the immigration process to become a naturalized citizen.

I give zero fricks about illegals being deported, even if they've lived their entire lives here.

Unless you're a citizen or permanent resident, your arse should be deported.

And that includes kids.

This sounds like a sufficient reason for deportation.

As did my mother.

And she followed the law.
