Did Hitler make it to south America?

I personally believe he did. With the high ranking SS guys that we know made it, it's hard to believe he didn't.
Russians claimed they found him to dead in bunker to make the world think they got him.

I recently watched a documentary about this on Netflix and I have my doubts that he committed suicide. I realize that this is a very poor source to shape my opinion but the evidence was fairly compelling
