Adelson is offering to help subsidize the cost of building the embassy in Jerusalem which could run to $500M+

I say let Adelson pay for the whole damn thing. We already have a perfectly good embassy in Tel Aviv, where the rest of the world has their embassies.

Point being like the SOS staffer said "Would it become "Sheldon's Jerusalem US Embassy"? Would he get special treatment b/c he ponied up $$ to build it etc etc.
If private donors take on government program subsidies, they would expect some sort of reciprocation. Just ask HRC with Uranium 1.
