The only political opinion was that he decided to begin outreach. Wakanda sat by while slavery spread from the ME to the Euros, knew about it and didn't do shite, amongst other horrors like world wars, etc.
The past kings feared the vibranium would be exposed and taken.

The protagonist thought Wakanda should start insurrection world wide to conquer the earth. He learned it in American intelligence/operator system.
Since he was blood related, he used Wakanda's shitty tradition to take hold of the nation.
