Who is considered mentally ill? What are the requirements? Being mentally ill means they will kill 17 people?
Ive been around mentally ill people and none went and shot a place up. He is a evil bitch is what he was.
The schools need to be better equipped to handle threats in todays age. That is the answer. Mentally ill could mean someone who gets prescribed Luvox for OCD for all we know. Then folks who truly need treatment will hide their symptoms in fear of losing their gun rights although they are no threat to anyone.

This is such a disingenuous claim. When students begin foraying into the political world, they enter one of legalism, not moralism. Going through a traumatic experience does not ascribe your political position more weight. What you're attempting to do is conflate criticism of their policies with criticism of them personally. I think their policy proposals are frighteningly naive and shortsighted and generally a result of political ignorance. That doesn't mean I don't sympathize with them for what they've endured.
