How many people have to die falling off of a ladder before you outlaw ladders? 10x as many people die falling from ladders as die from a school shooting. Dead is dead no matter how you die. Think of the lives saved if we outlaw ladders.

I agree 100%. I wish we could all get in a time machine and teleport back to a time in the past when there were no guns and therefore no murders.

I’m sure it’s already been said, confiscating & banning guns would be as successful as the War on Drugs has been.

how many schools would need to get shot up before you would consider armed security? for example, a guard carrying an AR-15s. like the one used in Florida, or the Bushmaster XM-15 used in Sandy Hook, or the TEC-9 used in Columbine, or the DDM4s and FN-15s used in Vegas. what if 100 schools were shot up everyday, would you agree to a new law then? i just want to know where the line starts. what about 10 schools a day? is 1 enough? thats only 20 kids or so. would it take more than that? what if it was 1 school in the parish or county where your kids go to school everyday? does it literally have to be your kid in the cross-hairs before you reconsider? i mean, there has to be a number somewhere, right? so what is it, how bad does it have to get before something is more important than your hatred of gun rights?

How many schools would need to get shot up before you realize we have a student problem and not a gun problem?

Since the late 1800s until the most recent, 371 school children have died in school shootings, in 2015 alone 772 drug overdose deaths were reported for just the 15 to 19 year-old age group, the left is only concerned about the deaths that further their agenda.

We already have laws banning guns on school property. Zero guns are allowed; however, law breakers do not obey the law.
If all guns were banned, law breakers would have guns, and those honoring the law would be dead.
Why is this difficult to understand?

There should be about 20 people allowed to carry guns at schools. Require background checks every 5 years and psychiatric evaluations yearly.
Crazies pick on school because they know there will be no resistance.
How many times has an idiot walked into a police station and started shooting?

The right to keep abd bear arms is inviolable. The circunstances are irrelevant. Don't like it? Repeal the second amrndment.

What you don't realize is that if the level of anarchy and violence in society ever got to that point the second amendment would be needed more than ever.

How many kids killed by drunk drivers before you would consider an alcohol ban? You're probably pro weed as well.

That really is a mind blowing stat. And these 15-19 year olds overdosed on drugs that were illegal, stolen(maybe take some oxy from dad who has a bad back). Regardless, if somebody wants something bad enough, they can find, despite the government’s prohibition of it.
