Got some barbacoa started this morning. Should be ready by 7 or 8.





The sauce is beef stock, lime juice, garlic, chipotles with adobo, cumin, oregano, salt, pepper, and cloves

Made fried rice for lunch. I'm doing our Valentine's meal tonight. Prime Ribeyes sous vide with boiled whole lobster.

Going to grab $1 oysters down by Fenway. Will most likely get an order of lamb meatballs as well...and Bloody Marys.

Like a few others here I have a butt in my WSM smoker. Mix of hickory and apple wood.
