Take all of that into consideration that the Army is looking to revamp the APFT with events that will be outright impossible for these same individuals. I work with a Drill Sergeant unit and even the few 300+ guys are balking at some of the events being tested.

So we don't give them grenades anymore right? Cause if they cant throw it far enough to keep from blowing each other up, they shouldn't get one

Ok guys, get off the Army's dick. I love you Jarheads and yes, you can fight, but do NOT suggest that the 3ID, 2ACR, 82nd, 101st, 10th Mountain and (some) other Army units are not just as capable. The Army is bigger, much bigger. Because of that, there are more weak assed REMFS, POGUES AND POGS...
Also, I'm sure that front line earth pigs and other combat arms units of the Army can throw the friggin grenade......
I hate the stupidity of the "social experiments" as much as anyone, and it's disgusting, but front line Army Infantry and Armor units are not the weak pussies you try to make them out to be.
