Get off Orgeron's back you negatigers

How many top Louisiana recruits did Les Miles lose to Alabama? How many times did Les Miles lose to Alabama after the 2011 disaster? How many years did the offense suck under Les Miles? How many times did Les Miles snatch defeat out of the jaws of victory? This list could go on and on. Quit your griping about Orgeron and let's see what happens. He is building his program to sustain continuing success each year i.e. building up the offensive and defensive lines, building up the linebacking group, building up the receivers group, trying to get better QB's suited to what he wants his offense to do, and building up a good coaching staff. Success will come sooner than you think and Ogeron will turn out to be one of the better LSU head coaches. Book it.

You forgot to mention that not signing a single CB in this year's class was all part of his plan.

Instead of simply bashing the former coach to make the current one look better, why not provide some reasons why you think this:
is going to happen?

You have zero evidence that says O will be one of the better coaches LSU has had. The only reason you say this is because O is from the bayou. Go ahead and admit it.

How does your dumbass not have more downvotes?

Les Miles is no longer the coach of LSU. He was fired for all of the above reasons. Has 0 changed any of that?

First of all, no. Second of all, 0 is heading into his third year running the team, including his interim stint, and has shown nothing but middling performances. His history is replete with failure and, to date, has shown nothing to indicate that will change. Why does he deserve more time? Please list the reasons.

There is no evidence to back this up. His recruiting classes have been progressively worse every year as head coach.

building up the offensive and defensive lines, building up the linebacking group, building up the receivers group,
Ok? That is expected from literally any coach and is a basic tenet of running a program, so congrats to 0 for trying to do his job, I guess.

trying to get better QB's suited to what he wants his offense to do,
What QBs did he sign in the last recruiting class to accomplish this? And why would 0 be directing the offense anyway? He explicitly stated that he learned not to meddle in the offense from his abject failure at Ole Miss.
I also notice you left out "building up the defensive backfield" fro your list. Care to explain why?

and building up a good coaching staff.
This simply isn't true. O promised to hire the best coordinators, ran one off after the first year and promoted a career TE coach who didn't want the job.

ole O has managed to destroy what is annually our strongest position. but we comin

Why do you people always bring up Les like it's supposed to prove some point about Orgeron? We fired Les. We hired Orgeron on the premise that Les wasn't doing enough with the talent and that all we needed was another ace recruiter to come in, hire outstanding coordinators (namely on offense) and let said coordinators coach. Trying to compare the early stages of Orgeron's tenure to the end of Les' as a defense of Orgeron is fricking asinine. For one, he hasn't improved the program in any meaningful way. Secondly, what we had at the end of Les' tenure was good enough to get him canned. Try and come up with some better points.

Firing Les and hiring Orgeron is a step backwards. Like leaving your aging wife because of saddle bags and saggy boobs and marrying a whore with HIV and herpes. The shrimp boat captain will set the program back many years...
