I’ve eaten some pretty rough stuff in Korea and China. The worst for me is usually the odd seafoods - just usually such a strong flavor. Sea cucumber was pretty bad, but the worst was some type of “sushi” on Jeju Island. I could smell it before the foil wrapper was even opened and it was impossible to be polite for more than one bite. I’ll try to see if I can find a pic of it.
