Some people complain because he is hiring people he knows and has worked with in the past - coaches who happen to be good at their jobs. But you think this is not promoting stability within his staff? Is that what you are saying?
Another team's coach: Hey recruit, you know the O-line coach they hired over there? The guy who coached with the HC at UT and USC before going to the pros and winning a super bowl ring and then going to work for him again? Yeah, that is instability right there, you need to come here.

Another teams coach: Look at that hack at LSU. He’ll be all rah rah in your parents bedroom but it’s just a matter of time before he tanks that program. Look at his record at Ole Miss. look how he just pushed out his OC and hired a TE coach.
