Orgergon inherited a MUCH better caliber team than Hallman did. Curley took over when LSU was coming off back to back seasons with losing records. Orgeron took over a program that spend most of the past 15 years ranked in the top 10-15, been in 3 national championship games, signed top 10 recruiting classes every year, and put more players in the NFL than anyone besides Bama during that span.

when Curley was the coach we didn't have social media like we do today. so you can't compare the two
