Rise And Shine folks The Weekend is almost here. Did you fly a kite/have a favorite kite?
1587 Mary, Queen of Scots is beheaded in Fotheringhay Castle for her alleged part in the conspiracy to usurp Elizabeth I.

The still do this down under.

Do they still have the kite flying contest down in New Orleans? My older brothers won it way back in the late 1960's with the biggest kite to fly.
