Well aren't you the sharpest knife in the dwarf. "They also walk! Do you suggest we chop off our legs!"
No, dullest knife in the dwarf. I suggest we do what we want to do regardless of who agrees or disagrees.

Dude, different time. There's just such a difference in the military before and after WWI that I'm not sure Adams or Jefferson would want this crap either after the Great War.
Well here in New Orleans, military units parade in every Mardi Gras parade. They range from junior ROTC grade schoolers, to the USMC Band.
During the Saint’s parade Navy Commander Kelly Sullivan and Lt. Commander Rigel Pirrone, stationed at Belle Chasse Naval Air Station’s Joint Reserve Base, piloted two F-18 Hornets over the parade route.
The 4th of July was a political event. But without the Continental Army Adams and Jefferson would have hung.

The countries that most frequently have military parades I'm willing to bet had the greatest human rights atrocities of the 20th and 21st centuries.
More breathing and leg cutting arguments from the dullest knife in the dwarf.
I don’t really care if we parade.
I don’t care about the money in the cause of patriotism. I love that we “waste” money on a ship that couldn’t hold its own against a swift boat, the USS Constitution. I love the time, money, and effort spent on the pomp and circumstance at the Tomb of the Unknowns. I like air shows and showing the flag port call.
But to pretend that this would be a bad thing that only despots would do is asinine.

Really? Regardless of who tells us? So no expert opinions from you anymore. Is a pic of you?

Mardi Gras parades are a drunken orgy. Hardly military grade.

OK, so lets try to bring the swastika back. Hey, historically it means "good luck", so frick the Nazis for stealing that. Thomas Jefferson and John Adams didn't have a problem with swastikas. Who cares if we're sending off a despotic message because Thomas Jefferson would be fine with it? I suggest we do what we want to do regardless of who agrees or disagrees.
