Wow this thread turned into a shitshow. Three thoughts:
1) Conservatives don't have a monopoly on the stock market. Some of us liberals have investments, too (crazy, I know -- we're all supposed to be poor). I can assure you that my personal losses far outweigh my amusement at Trump's misfortune.
2) For Tarzana -- there is no dark cloud. Market fundamentals are actually very good. The Fed is considering raising interest rates because the economy is doing well. Across the board, all indicators are positive -- so no dark cloud.
3) For the other guy who said they did this on purpose -- (a) "They" haven't done anything yet; (b) "They" is "the Fed" and Trump just appointed a new leader of "Them" today; and (c) of course they are fricking doing this on purpose, just not for any of the reasons you seem to be fixated on. Nobody is out to get Trump. Calm the frick down.
