there are state highways in LA that haven't seen a maintenance crew in decades

190 is like the autobahn compared to some of the state highways through there.

I agree, and I'll add:

I10 between the basin and Laffy
Hwy 90 between the airport and I10 in Laffy
Milne, Robert E Lee, Colbert and any other street in Lakeview


But the hands down worst is Hwy 120 from Robeline to Belmont in Sabine Parish. It's a 55mph road, but I'll be damn if I can get above 40mph without being thrown around the road.
