When he was at Stella! it was a world renowned gourmet restaurant. Stanley is a far cry from that. I wish he would open another top notch restaurant.

I used to frequent Stella! and have been to Stanley and like it, but I'm not keen on waiting an hour for a table. Too many other options.

Yeah no way you are going to get a casual jo-blow to come and pay 200 for a meal.... For many people the thought of paying 100 for two people is mind blowing.
