Dave Aranda mentioned 2 players specifically in this article: Devin a white and Patrick Queen. This tells me he ain’t going to be a RB. LINK

Aranda singled out White when asked about spurning A&M’s advances, but he mentioned several others. He and the junior linebacker have a close relationship on and off the field.

The only other linebacker he mentioned by name was Patrick Queen, a Livonia product who played sparingly last season as a true freshman. He said Queen is “one of the most improved guys we got.”

Yep... based on Aranda’s latest comments, it will be a fight for him to give up PQ to offense.

Clyde is gonna surprise the shite out of a lot of people next year. I also think Brossette will work his arse off in the off-season and will make a future for himself. He’s too talented, he’s made some mistakes but he hasn’t carried that ball enough to crucify yet.

people are pushing the panic button for no reason at all.
There is reason.

Brosette looks slow and not physical.

Fournette wouldnt be on this team with a different last name.

CEH may be great, but I didnt see the dominant runner that LSU is used to seeing.

This is as bad as the RB situation has been in some time.

I am all for another option. And Queen has no where to play on the D side at this time.

LSU has good, quality RB's that will be alright.

yea, but our RB's have to learn to block and block the blitzing D player and also learn how to catch passes. also, no fumbles. so maybe adding these two in practice we will find somerun that can both run AND be a complete player that the team needs.

I don't see how anyone can disagree.

I heard Queen was rated 4 stars in both LB and RB coming out of HS. No link.

I still wanna see David Ducre get a good amount of carries.

Me too...and it looks like he's finally going to get that chance. It will be fun watching him outrun DB's.

Brossette is going to suprise a lot of u. He was a better back than D Williams coming out of high school. Heard he was working hard on his body a lot like Williams last year If true look out Because in the little bit of time ran the ball last year he ran for over 5 yards a carry. Just had that fumble set him back.

Queen posted on Twitter that he's 231 now... NICE! He came in at 209 and built his frame. Could be a powerback and also OLB/MLB. Devin White, Divinity, Phillips, Tyler, Queen could put in work.
