I was at Salmen at football practice and Bierra came out to watch. This was when he was playing with the Seahawks I believe. Dude jumped straight into the air and his feet were at my eye level. And I'm 6'1. Craziness.

I saw his dad post on Facebook the other day. He got his offer letter a few weeks ago. Dad made a statement about when the home team wants to offer but scared to pull the trigger, here comes Bama.

I believe it! Our Sr. season, we matched up against West Monroe in the playoffs, at their place. West Monroe was loaded with prospects that year, one of which being Brad Smalling. He was listed at 6'8" and 360 lbs. On defense, we had assigned Terreal to take on Smalling whenever he pulled. We wanted Terreal to get there as fast as possible, to occupy Smalling, thus negating his blocking for their outside running game. If memory serves me correctly, it was either the first, or near the first play of the game. West Monroe ran a toss play to the outside, and Smalling pulled to be a lead blocker. Terreal hit him incredibly freaking hard... it was an unreal collision. He knocked Smalling completely back on his rear! We were shocked to see such a giant manchild get blown up like that. Smalling was pissed, and he got up and started swinging at Terreal, and everybody. The refs stepped in and immediately kicked Smalling out of the game! lol We patted Terreal, and basically said, "Well, your job was to take out Smalling, and you did that all in one play!" lol Gosh, i'd love to see video footage of that! Good times...

Still to this day, the best basketball games I've ever seen - high school, college or pro - were the Torris Bright vs. Chris Duhon Slidell vs Salmen games

I was at all of those games back in high school. You aren’t kidding. Those games were awesome.
