I’m no Obama supporter and I want to see them all burn but is it not out of line for the director of the FBI to update his boss on investigations? I mean they all fall under the Executive branch right?

Those in the know all say that the Memo is just the beginning of a lot more to come. Either the American populous will get behind the Rule of Law, or they'll reject it and we'll move to the next step in replacing Rule of Law. That ought to be interesting.

OJ Simpson version. Obama will be the individual that DEFINES exactly what the Dem Party represents; and what will surely happen if the Dems get power in the future.
Knowing they'll abuse it to the point of over tyranny (and deny it in public), the Right will then be educated and can plan on which strategy is best fitted to counter such a Democratic Tyranny. Hint...it obviously won't be the democratic electoral version of the past. That ship has sailed.
