lazy if you are looking for fatloss, just use the kinobody greek god workout adding squats and deads. Use the first calc linked and set to AFL aggressive fat loss and use those macros. As you get below 15% bf switch to the leangains macro calc as you will need the higher protein to keep from losing muscle.

the greek god program btw is more of a lean bulking program but can be used with the aggressive fat loss macros i linked above for faster fat loss 3-4 pounds a week if you go down to the 10kcals per lbs of bw. or can be used with the WSP macros for a slow fat loss or the greek god recomp settings from the second calc i linked.
the reason I say use those, they are easier to hit then trying to macro and calorie cycle like the leangains calc lays out. and its not needed to go that advanced until lower bf levels.
