Decent chance that you will have burst pipes depending on how your pipes are run in the house. Pipes in the outer walls will be especially susceptible. Hopefully the main line entering the house is below ground and didn't freeze.

Boil some water and pour it along the entire length of each of the pipes. You want to thaw those suckers quickly so they don't bust and get water everywhere.
