I think about 240-245...he's soft, has never built a frame of muscle to stack on, so I think he'd be 20-30 lbs lighter than an olineman of similar build.
I'm 12% body fat at 224...
Trump is probably 12% at 170...it's fair to say he has 80 lbs of fat

I am 6 ft, 208 lb now. Was 225 several months ago. I completely think that 239 is realistic for how he looks based on how I looked. Not sure why so many think he must weigh 270 lbs.

I am 6'1" and 220
I'd be doing myself a big favor if I could get down to 200 or so
