Tough schedule, but O has his staff the way he wants it now. It's put up or shut up time. 10-2 should be the minimum.

Miami has athletes everywhere but depleted line depth on both sides of the ball. Away from Hard Rock, control the line and don't turn the ball over we should win. It's a great test for O because we likely win if prepared, lose if not.

Beat SE, Rice, La Tech

Aub returns Stidham, but loses 4/5 OL and Johnson. That OL was a turnstyle this Sept. Their DL is good. Very tough game on the plains, as usual.

Should beat OM in TS

Jury is out on UF. Have to see how quickly Mullen implements. It took a couple years at Miss St, but that's Miss St.

UGA lost 30 seniors and Roquan Smith, but they've recruited tremendously and Fromm, Swift, Hardman are back. Should be a great game in TS.

Should beat Miss St. No excuses.

Bama is effing loaded. Hopefully we are still in the West hunt for this game to create a great atmosphere, but everything will have to go right.

Ark hired John Chavis LOL

It'll take Jimbo time at A&M. If they beat us this year, maybe he's worth a quarter of what they are actually paying him.

A&M, Bama, UGA, FL, Aub are the toss-ups/truly difficult games on the schedule. We should expect to win the rest. Better go 3-2 on the splits Ed.

If you are saying that you hope LSU loses so that we can fire yet another coaching staff, I say frick that. I don't ever want the tigers to lose.

Even deeper thought....would the people that hate Alleva and EdO sacrifice Wade to get rid of Alleva and subsequently EdO too?

Seriously how do you people come up with this tripe.

Bull shite. O gets no excuses after this year. 10-2 is the minimum.
You mean a year he went 6-2 in the SEC against the National Champion, beat the team that beat the National Champion, and posted 9 wins despite faulty recruiting.

It’s ok. You can leave. We will all be ok without your humor.

Ok smart old man. Tell me, since lyin’ Ed Orgeron said we’d be in the playoff in 2017...just how long is it til Orgeron makes the playoff?

2019 season

It’s rare to see a coach go into the last year of his contract without getting extended. Meaning they, the coaches, want to know they have a contract so they can tell recruits they’ll be here. But the way lsu has handled this they just might break that unwritten rule too.

So unless they really jerk this thing around 2018 is the year of decisions. O should either be extended next season or fired. We’ll see.

nah.

If we win 9, a reasonable person will view that as an improvement. And, it probably means that Ensminger was decent. No chance he'd get fired in that scenario.

Finally someone with some insite on this board today. I agree totally with everything you just said except A&M and FL. Hey A&M under Jimbo will be good but I think we can still get one over on them before it happens. I could be wrong but Dan Mullen at FL is gonna take some time and we whopped them last year. Dan is gonna need a QB. Someone in the Tebow, Dak (yikes!) mood.

I have no clue. But then I didn't make a prediction.

And neither do you. In fact I'm pretty sure that there is a whole lot of stuff you have no clue about.

However I an thrilled that ya'll finally got internet service out in those bean fields.

Exactly.... finally some knowledge is getting thrown around. Keep going. He did it with no depth and a coordinator he couldn’t stand. A team that couldn’t snap the ball in the first 4 games with out getting a penalty.

Some people are gonna be in for a rude awakening when LSU takes the field in Texas next fall.

I hope you're right on UF. I know they have a good QB Mullen picked in this class.

If we're lucky it'll take A&M a bit to go spread to pro. Elko seems like a solid DC hire though, and they are committed to winning.
