I was purchasing something at Sears, pillows and comforter set or something, and the lady asked my number and I casually told her we can skip that. She then tells me she couldn't complete the purchase without it...I was dumbfounded. I asked her if I heard her correctly and she once again said I could not purchase anything from Sears unless I gave her my number. Needless to say I asked for a supervisor who looked confused about what her employee was saying.
