The real criminality - no one was even interviewed

This should cause Alleva, Orgeron, and plenty of others to lose their job. Ensminger should have to interview. If he truly doesn't want it, he would decline the interview and others would be brought in. But they haven't even done that. It is unforgivable to pay a coach 1.8 million dollars to leave , and not take your time and begin to interview people. Heads should roll.

Does that really surprise you??? there was never an interview process for the HC. I guess all you have to do is be from Louisiana to get on staff.

No one was interviewed because no one wants to come here and kill their career. CEO has proven he’s gonna do it his way and put his nose where it doesn’t belong and then you’ll be the goat. This program in its state is a career killer. Aranda should’ve bolted while he had the chance because when this team quits half through next season his D will look just as bad and his stock going down. It sucks because he’s too 2 D coordinator in CFB.

We paid Matt Canada to leave after one season. We paid him next year's salary plus a figurative bonus to kick rocks out of BR. We got to finally see, at the season's end, what all the "window dressing" is for, as we could see how the misdirection affected defenses. Some won't agree with me but Canada is a very good, sound OC who just didn't want a defensive position coach turned head coach telling him how to run his offense.
We paid him the better part of $2m to leave so we could reportedly hire Ensminger as our OC.
