You do realize that the same people who would be making the decision to fire O would also be the same people who presumably approved the Ensminger hire, right?
Why would they need to let him step in his own shite first? And in any event, Alleva is the one who created the "shite" by giving him a contract with an unnecessary and cost-prohibitive buyout.
