Yeah, I kind of agree.

Mostly because that lineup without him demands the ball, and you really need another facilitator on that court. You've basically got three PG's there, one of whom is 6'10" and loves to give it up, to 2 guys who love to score. The passing that would be on display from those 5 would be gorgeous.

Add Shaq and Petit down low and that's a REALLY tough line up.

or you could put a Tyrus Thomas type guy there for defense/rebounding

About the dumbest thing I’ve read in this thread. You never saw CJ or Pete play.
You need a person with a 15’ jump shot (Bob Pettit at 6’9” 3) and another 4 that can rebound and score. That’s Rudy macklin.
fricking idiots. Simmons is the 7th or so off the bench for LSU at best. John Williams was a more complete 3 than him.
