Jeffrey Dahmer was 17 or 18 when he killed his first human. He was heavily into animal mutilation beforehand. He picked up a hitchhiker and then killed and dismembered him in the basement of his parents' home while they were away.

Cat people are among the most asinine and arrogant people on the planet.
It's great that you like cats but they are not neighborhood pets. The rest of the civil community does not share in your fetish for the disgusting creatures and we don't like our property smelling like cat shite and cat piss.
And PSA since none of you dumb asses are intelligent enough to read the law. Cats are mandated under the same leash law that dogs are. Keep them in your house, confined to your yard or on a leash.
Now to the story, If the person is breaking into people homes and property to kill their pets then they should be punished, but if they are ridding the neighborhood of nuisance animals who roam the streets and properties of the neighborhood then buy that person a beer.
