This is the only way to legally legalize MJ.

Having an unelected bureaucrat 'decree' it legal is an undemocratic usurpation of power.

It needs to.

If politicians want MJ to be legal then they need to reschedule its classification.

Dropping it to schedule 2 or lower allows it to be prescribed.

It would take dropping it from the schedule completely to legalize it I believe.



Regardless of what you think of Sessions, he is attempting to enforce laws on the books. If it forces a permanent change to keep it from being a legal grey area, I am fine with that.
