Second thought, elite coordinators will come here, simply to boost their contracts with O at the helm. I am no longer a fan of a CEO type HC with elite coordinators. Get a HC who knows his stuff so that if a coordinator starts pushing for more, we can put him in his place. We've simply just moved funds around.

Let's not overlook that this is probably the only way that Alleva had a chance to survive at his job. If he whiffed on this, it would have been a major nail in his coffin and he knew it.
