I mean if he stays you still are paying a bad coach to be Hc. Why not buy it out? Is it really that much difference than if you combine his salary?
Also if you won’t have to pay Aranda that much more to be Hc. Miles getting a job would help (not likely) right?
I doubt it’s that big of a deal. Maybe he retains Canada.. another savings.
Promoting Aranda actually wouldn’t be as bad as hiring some other coach.
