If we lose Aranda to a division rival that's at best a lateral move, O's fate is pretty much sealed.

I agree wholeheartedly.
I would offer Aranda the head coaching job and fire Gumbeaux for obstructing his assistants from doing their job-Canada.
Find a clause to fire his arse and give the job to Aranda. If we do not find a way to keep Aranda and are stuck with dufus dumbeaux no rice Zer0 we are doomed to failure for a LOOONNNGGG time.

How does Alleva still have a job? Seriously? Do the boosters really like him or what?
I thought he would have been fired a few years ago after not firing Miles. There’s no reason he should have kept his job after the 2015 A&M game. He just fired Miles anyway not even half way through the next season. What the hell was the point of that?
