So you agree with disrespecting the anthem of our country? Wow

Nah, but I don't see it as disrespecting the flag. I believe the players have said its not meant as a disrespect to the flag, or our military. I believe they are using their platform, and their constitutional rights, to peacefully protest something they feel is an injustice.

Do I agree with their reasons for protesting, or how they are choosing to protest? Nope. But that's not for me to decide.

You do know Derrius Guice said he would kneel during the anthem if the team was on the field for it, right?

So, by your logic, you can't watch LSU

Yeah it is called principle and values. Something you wouldn't understand. I'm an old fashioned guy that believes in loyalty and values and character. Yes, I disrespect the players that disrespect the country that gave them an opportunity of a lifetime that many never get. There is no doubt that there are many kids on lsu's team that supports that agenda, just like fournette and guice supported that thug that was shot and killed. It is sickening what blacks are taught to believe now at a young age, and liberal agendas support it. Not shocked at all that you also support it.

Free agency killed it for me.

There were my team's guys who I rooted for and the other teams players I hated on. Then suddenly a guy I hated was on my team and a guy a like was playing for my hated rival. It was just wrong.

There it is.

Your issue isn't what they are doing. Your issue is that its black people that are standing up for something you dont believe in.

You should be careful at who you are calling names, whenever you are likely a racist.

When did I say I supported their actions?

YOU said you don't watch the NFL because of disrespect, all I said was that LSU players largely feel the same.

When and if Lsu starts allowing the team to disrespect our country, no, after over 30 years of diehard Lsu fandom and support...I'll be done. As for guice, just because he can run with a football doesn't mean he isn't a misguided individual...and I'll leave it at that.

Not accepted, you clearly have an agenda, just like the players have an agenda.

You are no better than them.

Me neither. However, that Saints super bowl was a sweet sweet moment.

I think its more to do with how much more every game LSU plays means, versus the Saints. I find myself being a bit more emotionally invested today than normal for the Saints, but it had a lot of meaning.

Hilarious calling me a racist. Some of my best friends are black. People I started in the public firms with years ago. Much respect to many blacks. Btw, many of them do not support nor want to be affiliated with that racist and borderline communist movement. Lot of highly educated blacks want nothing to do with thugs...black or white. Also, no doubt in my mind, you are more racist than me.

Btw, my issue is 100% related to the movement and disrespect of our country. I feel just the same way against black or white. The Arizona cardinal that was killed supporting our country, Mr Tillman, was a true hero, and would have been whether black or white.
