No. There are several cannabinoids present in cannabis (25+, I think). CBD is present in low levels in general, recreational cannabis, but in recent years growers and...uh...distillers(?) have bred and concentrated CBD into plants and other delivery systems in order to enhance the analgesic and anti-inflammatory characteristics.
Theoretically, you can have some flower that is high in both THC and CBD, and neither will negate the other.

Back in the days when I could smoke the only thing I ever tried and worked to pass a piss test was sneak in a bottle of eyedrops and dropped 2-3 drops of it in my pee when I was done.

Legally it has to have under .3% or something close to that. But it has a little or can have a little THC. I use it.
