Every "analysis" I've read is under current budget line items but with reduced funding.
since you want to understand, I'll help. The first rule to holding people accountable with budgets is reduce the flow of money, then make them use it wisely. This is the opposite of how we've run things which is why we have $20T+ in debt (well that an Obama). You cut the funding and then you start cutting programs
Three of those programs are on the first page of the PB page. (hint hint: palestine handouts and UN shitshow... can you guess the 3rd?
