The kid refused to act as a student. The teacher calls him down for it and the school says the teacher incited the battery.

This kid learned nothing and will be in a cell, for life before he is 25.

I taught at a a school that had a few teachers out on assault leave. (one was pushed down stairs by students, another had her arm crushed in a door by students).

Our school had the school board lawyer to come talk with us about how to deal with it if a student attacks.

We were told that we should atand there, hold our hands up in the air and never touch the child, even to defend yourself.

We were told if we touched the child (even in self defense to push them off of us) that we would be fired and sued and that the school board would not defend us in any way or back us up.

I quit just a few weeks later. frick that! I spent too much money and time to get my degree to have it all turned to shite by some lil dindu and their sue happy mamas.

So....the kid cursing his teacher out had nothing to do with it. It was the teacher replying to the little turd that caused said little turd to start swinging.
