Weed should be way down his priority list. That said, he's enforcing law.
simple solution here is for state legislatures to get their acts together and for Congress to pass a law regarding weed. Seriously, they could draft a one pager that would quell all of this nonsense.
All in all though, we have some scandals that are going to rock the country to its core. The last thing Sessions needs to discuss is weed. However, I'll say this - I think it's just distraction to make people think he isn't working hard on Obama's treason prosecution.

Sorry im not with Trump on the continued outlawing of marijuana. It's no more harmful than cigarettes, alcohol and other shite we consume. But users and sellers of heroin, cocaine, meth and all that other hard shite should be dealt with very harshly. Meth, crack, heroin dealers automatically death.

I don't care what you do when you hunt. But the law does.
You can drink, and you can carry a gun, but you can't do both at the same time. That's the law.
You can own gun.
But you're weak weed habit has huge repercussions when you wield a gun.
For the same reasoning as drinking and having a gun on you, only weed isn't legal.

These types of comments and the “just enforcing the law” comments are idiotic. Do y’all have any idea how priorities are set in the DOJ and executive branch regulatory agencies? They have a ton of discretion. If they are active on an issue, it’s a deliberate action.
