“Oladipo is trash Russ had no help.” Why comparing Russ to someone who gave him no help last year?

This Rockets melt is gonna be something when Harden has the greatest offensive season since Eisenhower’s invasion of Normandy yet Lebron wins the MVP.

It's still a funny point to try and make.

Yea and now everyone is saying that they were wrong and that his style of play makes his teammates worse.
Looks to me like a year with OKC and Westbrook made Oladipo a better player. His Orlando numbers were far inferior to this years. Someone putting up better numbers when they're the focal part of offense. Imagine that. If you want to use Sabonis, that's fine even though it's stupid. Kanter is good offensivlely and at rebounding, terrible on defense. Nothing has changed with him.

I’d say you can count on one hand the players who finished top 2 in MVP 3 of 4 years. James will be in that number at seasons end whether he wins or not. It will be a four year run unlike many this league has seen.

i dont need to click ur link. You forget last year the countless links you posted on why harden was going to win the mvp.. because oddsmakers said so? And that westbrook would be 4th in voting, and no way westbrook would win because his team wasnt good enough. A buncg of meaningless links and posts

No he became a better player in large part bc he was pissed the hell off. Boulder on his shoulder he says. Imagine if your own org fan base was throwing you under the bus to boost the narrative for one of your teammates and it was udder Crap. Safe to say you would be looking to prove everyone wrong the next year.

This is a breakdown of how players are better when they don’t play w Westbrook.

You freaking moron I swear to God. Oladipo was brought in to play the 6th man role with the team + KD.
When KD left he was thrust into a completely unplanned role.
Yet Oladipo did fine. In fact he started off 46% from 3pt range to start the year last year as Russ’ sidekick. Then in mid-December he had a serious injury to his shooting hand wrist and was out like 15 games. He was never the same player the rest of the year.
Once again, you have no clue what you’re talking about. Kindly shut the frick up and log off.

Did they start giving out almost-MVP trophies or did I miss something?

I was born in Houston and have always pulled for Houston sports when not playing my teams.
Yet the Rockets fans on this board have made it easy to enjoy you all’s repeated chest beating followed by yet another playoff failure.

Just because some idiot you heard on a podcast said something that you like does not mean it is right.

Who cares who you pull for?
You think it’s only me who thinks the dude don’t make his teammates better?
I can links articles. Podcast. Multiple.
Yea it is just the Houston fans who see that the dude did his team no favors chasing triple doubles all year.

He makes it sound like it is only Houston fans. When it is not even close to being just Houston fans.
