Huntsville is the opposite of most of the state. It's a pretty normal place and that's probably because all of the engineering jobs and Auburn grads

Well, according to my unofficial office poll, it will end up Moore 99.9% and Doug Jone 0.1%

Why don't you poll the drive through window when you grab lunch too...

So are you assuming they didn't vote for Moore or have they specifically told you so?

Why should they, when they've got a perfectly good fascist child abuser to vote for?

I grew up in The Huntsville Area.

Huntsville is not even close to being representative of the rest of the state.

I'm in Huntsville, lot of Jones support.

It's not indicative of the state as a whole. Huntsville is an outlier in most things, and politics is probably one of them.

Right.

Doesn't Huntsville have the highest concentration of PhDs in the country? That a demographic that's really not indicative of your typical Moore voter.

A lot of those PhDs have degrees in engineering, physics, other hard sciences and math. They are not usually the ones with regressive inclinations.

Don't care. I just use this as another reason to hate Alabama either way.

A fascist wouldn’t be taking part in what you see today you dumb sack of shite.

The left loves throwing out this word without even realizing the context they are using it in.

Very true, it's actually a pretty decent place with better educated people

Yep

This is a pretty quirky area politically.

A quarter of the HS seniors in Bob Jones and James Clemens high schools scored 30 or better on the ACT. Not a quarter of those taking it. A quarter of ALL of the seniors.

More than 90% take the test and they average 24.4
