This Arizona Police Officer thing is blowing up

And I agree with outrage. Want to judge the audience here.
It was pretty much an execution.
I think it would be more than fair to say that I never want to interact with a police officer. Anywhere. Cookout, walking down the street, etc
The blue line is enough to murder an innocent man begging to just be cuffed

What are you talking about? Want "thing"?

Protect and to Serve has become a baseless moniker because people aren't calling the police anymore.
Unless it's like some crazy home invasion. They will never find your car (if they ever look for it) and they will investigate you if they're at your door for some reason...you can say...I just got robbed and they'd say..."well where were you last night?" "Is this even your house?"
Chris Rock: "Oh lawdy, I just robbed my own house!"
The new Motto should be arrest and shoot...not protect and serve. Who are they serving? Their fellow officers that's all. That's all they care about is The Thin Blue Line.

Even when you murder them and kick your taser towards their dying body in effort to frame them, you only get 20 years. Our legal system that lets them slide is just as fricked as the actions we see.

He was aquitted because apparently it appeared as if the guy was reaching for “something.” Tensions were already high because cops were responding to calls that the guy was waving a gun outside his hotel window. Obviously that situation could have been handled much better.

This is the second cop shooting that I can't justify at all.
This fricker and the fricker that shot the guy in the back need to burn in hell.

They were called to the hotel for a man with a gun pointing it out the window. When he began crawling, they had already told him to show his hands, he clearly reached towards his pocket and waist band and got shot. Maybe they could have used a taser, but I'm not second guessing the officer. He leaves his house every night wanting to get home to his family as well. Most of us never have to worry every day that we might get killed doing our jobs. The guy was drunk waiving guns out a motel window at patrons..The old saying play stupid games, win stupid prizes. Maybe we can put to rest the debate that only unarmed black men are shot by police.

Wow that mother fricker better rot in jail.

Maybe the three minutes he was on the ground with all fours spread yelling please just arrest me
Nah lets make this drunk guy crawl across the floor so any hand movement means we can shoot him 5 times
I used to be a huge backer of cops but video has done it all in. I wish we could co back in time and let everyone out

Reaching for something?
That's the excuse they use to protect their lives at all costs - even if that means murdering civilians.
Because their lives are way more important than us dumbasses who go to work and make money for society and don't shoot people. Somehow you graduate from high school and fail to get into college and then become a cop, your life is more important than people who become doctors - people who actually save lives.
But if a doctor shot a person unreasonably - they'd go to jail for life. But a cop gets to go free because we have given them this unfettered freedom to protect themselves at all costs...penn knife, shoot! Sharp object, shoot! Reaching for his Razzles in his pocket, shoot!...Tying his shoes, shoot!, reaching for a comb, shoot! Trying to find his license, shoot!
Doctor's who are extremely educated get sued all the time for malpractice for making one tiny mistake, why do cops who don't have 7 years of college - get a pass for murder?
Cops in America are James Bond. License to kill.
He was reaching to pull up his shorts because the cop with a military rifle instructions were so ludicrous.
You have an assualt rifle over a man that could only be hiding some .22 in his underwear...and you are all on top of him and he's complying and you make him do some god damn death crawl?
Just walk over, hey man you're under arrest.
Like another poster said...American cops are acting like Iraqi soldiers.
Acting like every threat is some suicide bomb. WTF?

Im sick of the “we don’t have to worry about getting killed on our jobs” bullsit excuse to act like a pussy wanna be Call of Duty living killer. No one is holding a gun to these pos heads making them be cops. They know exactly what they’re getting into. The truth is most of these local cops are Polk High School heroes that could’ve won state if coach just would’ve put them in. There is no arrest protocol that tells you to have the person crawl towards you. You have them put their hands up, turn around and walk backwards slowly towards you. Then you cuff them.

What in the hell is that shite? That cop ought to be put in front a firing squad composed of the victims family members. Totally ridiculous and no justification for shooting him. That stupid arse cop has an obvious god complex. After the woman was cuffed he should've sent his partner over to the guy and cuffed him while he was lying on his stomach scared to death. He made the whole situation more difficult than it needed to be.
On a side note if there was ever a reason to riot due to police brutality this is it but it wont happen because the victim is the wrong color.

Cop was looking for a reason to kill him. He escalated the situation from the get go.
"If you fall, fall on your face or were gonna shoot you." It's a fricking ingrained reaction to put your hands down when youre falling.
"Cross your legs and crawl toward me"
At that point you're waddling on your knees. How many people can pull that off sober, much less drunk, crying and with 4 ARs pointed at you with a guy screaming he'll kill you.
The suspect is down and cooperative. They had every opportunity to move in on him. Or like most departments, they could have had him stand and walk backwards with his hands behind his head. Instead, this murderer created a situation where there was going to be no fluid movements for thr suspect and nearly guaranteed he was going to stumble and make a quick movement that startled a trigger happy cop.

That people like you exist genuinely worries me. I can’t fathom seeing that video and thinking “but he did move his hand inappropriately”
That you are seemingly both so obedient to authority, and have such distaste for your fellow man...

It's a tough call with this, the guy reached back to his pant waist after he was told to keep them out in front, but IIRC they said he was drunk, and most people would be very upset about a cop having a gun on them. Add to this that it appears he simply wanted to pull up his pants.
The number of shots was a bit excessive and the guy is crawling towards him and it can be seen he doesn't have a gun in his hand before he opens fire.
The line is very, very thin here

And the victim left his house every night wanting to get home to his family.
Jesus Christ he had an AR-15.
The Cop is saying, I am so trigger happy in only protecting my life that I have to blow you away with a semi-auto for pulling up your underwear.
The Cop was never in any danger. But that's the symptom every stop every provacation is a recipe for being murdered by cop. Like that kid who flashed a cop and was pulled over then because the kid claimed the cops high beams were on and the cop shot him.
If you couldn't take down a guy who had a pee airpistol shooter in his underwear once he saw it...then that's pathetic. And he didn't even have it on him when he came out of the hotel room. It was t-shirt, guy at a La Quinta Inn, in America, wearing flip-flops and shorts...what a danger to some guy acting like he's in Fallujah.
Standing over a guy with military equipment like he's some dude in Iraq with a cell phone about to bomb everyone.
I guess America has beocme Iraq if you think this shoot is Kosher. Can't blame him? WTF?
The cop is a nut-job but he's a product of a system that has taught deadly force as a normal thing...which means cops treat Americans as the enemy...and their own safety as the only thing.
This is an American Citizen not a foreign enemy.
You're supposed to put your life on the line like Fire-Fighters...(they could also say frick it and just bolt from a fire) - but this no patience, no control from officers, no restraint...just this bullshite shoot first ask questions later.
WTF is that? Why did that become policy? You see it everywhere. You Tube could have a party with those videos.

Jesus, that is sick. That cop should be on death row for that. At minimum, he should never ever be in possession of a weapon, ever again.

It really is not
He did nothing illegal at all. It could be you next time
He was laying on the ground with all fours spread just waiting to be cuffed. Begging for it in fact.
He was ordered to crawl like a slave bitch for no reason but movement allowing an execution.
People should be sick of this bullshite

So did the guy crawling on the floor. One of them had a rifle. Also, this is the worst argument possible for defending these shootings. What you're really saying is that we have a very large group of cowards roaming around with guns and badges.
