I didn't really care about his time at ole miss.

Neither should any other Lsu fan.
It's irrelevant.

I'm just just curious, why is it relevant?

Why do you care about something that happened 10 years ago to a bottom dwelling sec school?
I know y'all hate the man, but you seriously need to quit being the little bitches you are and GYFOIT.

It’s relevant because some LSU fans want to know what his capabilities are when running his own program as a head coach.

Iterim coaching doesn’t satisfy people like me because that is actually the irrelevant part.

I have no idea what his program looks like long term.

I don’t know what his vision is, his off season conditioning, his disciplinary style, his ability to manage staff, his ability to create a roster that meets his vision, his ability to create and sustain a successful program.

I had zero evidence of that save for the only time he ever ran his own program.

Why is that so difficult for people like you to understand that people like me want a head coach that has shown he can run a successful program year end and year out?

Why are you content to ignore the only piece of evidence regarding that in favor of , well, nothing ?

It’s amazing he got this job.

His record at Ole Miss is irrelevant now.

It was absolutely relevant last year during the hiring process.

To say otherwise is completely retarded.

So his only real HC job is irrelevant? It might be 10 years ago, but damn, its the only other time he's tried this head coaching thing.

His time at Ole Miss was crucial for him because he basically did everything wrong except recruiting. Now he can look back and see all the mistakes he made and not repeat them. He is a better coach now because of his past failures.

Am I doing this right? #SpinZone

yeah the one time anyone allowed O to make long term decisions is meaningless. its much more meaningfull to use instances where he didnt hire the staff, didnt run the defense, and didnt run the offense to gauge ehat type of coach he is. everyone knows the best coaches are the ones that have had successful interim tenures AND LITERALLY NOTHING ELSE.
