You could do much worse than Les with Tee and Steele/Chavis. You were about to multiple times (Schiano, NC State guy, etc.)
If you wind up with Les, Phil did a good job with his search. Sure it's not a flashy hire like Gruden, Kelly, or Frost, but it's a guy who can stabilize things, can recruit, knows the SEC, and has won a national title before, as well as multiple conference titles.
Plus, Tennessee will be physical AF, which would make the Vols dangerous

Les is a .500 coach when he isn't coaching with top five classes. Which he won't get a Tennessee because recruiting there isn't a built in home team advantage. Good luck going into a crowded Florida , South Carolina, and Georgia to get recruits. He would be a failure there. Then again I know he is only doing this so he can appear to be looking for a job.
