You know damn well if he was a bust people would be going off on him here.
He's having an incredible rookie season and people still go off on him. The guy just can't win with our retard fans

Why should the guy win with our fans?
He didn't give two shits about LSU. He was NEVER a Tiger, and he never will be.

I feel the same way about Trey Quinn being talked about.
surely you can see the difference.
Quinn is from Louisiana and probably always wanted to be a Tiger. Stayed a couple years but when playing time dried up, he transferred.
Big difference comparing that to a guy from Australia, who played high school ball in Florida and came to LSU for a few months only because his godfather was on the coaching staff, and then left LSU as quick as he could after basketball season.
You don't see the difference?

He was forced to either play international for a year or to college for a year because of a stupid arse rule the NBA has. He chose college and could have gone to literally any college in the country but chose LSU. Yes that season left an awful taste in everyone's mouth. But, Without him that team is ATROCIOUS. People need to stop acting like it was his fault.
He literally was

I hate people who just take a snippet of a quote and do not place full context to a statement that someone says. If you listen to that interview in full, Simmons was basically stating that college in general did nothing to prepare him and it was a waste of time for him because of the way the NBA declaration rules are designed. He didn't throw LSU under the bus at all at any point during his interview.
The majority of people on the Rant just take a snippet and run with it instead of taking the time to actually do a little research to place some context to what was said.

Yeah, well actually watching a whole video and thinking for yourself is hard and stuff. It's much easier to shite all over the top prospect in the country who chose to play for LSU and was then the #1 overall pick because he spoke the truth about the bullshite that is 1-and-done.

Besides the plethora of nationally televised games in 2015-16 and free exposure he got us and still gets us? For frick's sake dude. Do you have any idea how horrible that team would have been without him?

They applied the Hack a Shaq treatment to Ben. I watched the game and he was missing a ton of FT's and it literally let the Wizards (without Wall) back into the game. 76ers had a pretty big lead in the 4th when they started the foul treatment.
Having said that, he was having a great game before the 4th shite show started.

He played for Jones so I would have to agree with him.

Idk, maybe the fact that LSU is brought up every time the rookie of the year frontrunner takes the court?

I truly think Pete would have been hated by tigerdroppings. I really do

Cant believe they pulled the hack a shaq on him last night and he shot 24 free throws in the 4 qtr alone. Of course he only shoots 50% from line so the strategy almost worked. When he learns to shoot free throws and develops a little more range he will be an awesome NBA player. He has the rest of the game
Posted on 11/30/17 at 11:34 am to Walt OReilly
Who cares. He's no Tiger. He should have never come to LSU.
