Going for NYE to colorado. Not sure which mountain.

Any websites you'd recommend?

Mainly looking for clothing (jackets, pants, gloves, goggles). We will rent the skis and boots.

Just go to academy.

Or, if you insist, REI is pretty good.

I've used Skis.com and REI for most of the stuff I have. If you shop now, you MIGHT still get some deals on last year's models. If you are looking for current stuff and in BR or Lafayette, the prices at BackPacker are pretty much the same as online but at least you get to try it on first.

I'd just do this. Inexpensive and should have everything you need for your trip.

Check out the-house.com. Been ordering from them for years and they always have prior years items on sale

Sierra Trading post normally has stuff, and you can normally find an additonal 20-25% off discounts. I think they email me one every morning.

I got an entire set of beginner ski gear from Mountain Warehouse for like $100 last year. Held up well so far.
