I am unpacking and putting my tailgating stuff away for the season. I always feel sad when I get home after the last home game and realize that it is all done for another year. Anyone else get bummed over this?

Don't care at all this year. Mediocrity isn't worth getting excited about.

Feels good to end with a win over A&M though

Same here. Too much talent on that field to be at 3-4 losses yearly.

I'm satisfied with the 6-2 SEC record and win over Auburn. That'll hold me over until next season

That means that your entire life is a sadness to you doesn't it?

Yep. Always is a little depressing at the end of the regular season.

No, basketball season has just started. Plenty of excitements to come.

I just wish that the off season flew by as quickly as the season does.

While Will Wade is exciting, he does not fill the football void inside of me.

No need to pack up the tailgating stuff. It’s basketball season

No. My liver is begging for the season to be over after the amount of damage I’ve done to it since Labor Day weekend.

yep...all of that keeps me somewhat entertained during the off season. however, so much time and expense goes into preparing for those 7 or so Saturday nights a year that I get to spend in Tiger Stadium, I can't help but be a little sad when it ends.

It seems to go by faster and faster every year, but then so does life in general.

Sure does...it seems like just a few weeks back that we were sweating during the August/September games.
