Tennessee, what are you waiting for? Les would be a great hire for you guys. This Gruden talk is all fantasy, you need to put a contract in front of the Mad Hatter tomorrow. He will get you 8-10 wins a year easy.

Les would do well at any of the jobs open now, but he's not a "sexy" hire, so he's not getting the attention.
