He stepped in after Harris and showed a ton of heart. He ‘willed’ us to victory on more than one occasion. He gets a lot of unwarranted criticism on here but I’m glad he’s been a tiger.

Sure made for a more enjoyable game to watch without the qb looking to the sideline before snapping the ball every down.

I to have been a critic of DE, of course I think we all blame the QB more than we praise them. Comes with being the QB at LSU. Hats off to you Danny for giving all you have to LSU. Love your toughness and character and how you represented LSU.

Criticism was well warranted even in his best performance the past weekend, but I will wish him well as well. Played well is spots against aTm which we normally dominate and every QB benefits from the run threat on them. Tough kid, just not enough to get us where we needed. Thank you for coming to LSU. On to the next.

I salute DE because I honestly believe he gave us and his teammates all he had. He will be a success in life because of his willingness to give it all.
