I think rowers are just amazing machines. Bikes are awesome too.

I say the rower but you can't go wrong.

Rower is much more versatile, but the bike is better for intervals. Decide which you want to do more (hiit or less) and make your decision based on that. But honestly i use bike more but if I had to just choose one it would be the rower.

AirBike absolutely destroys me. Our gym/box just got some a couple of months ago. Love them.

I love my assault bike, I'd never switch to a rower.

It's underrated for just spinning, too. I do a 20min session around 48rpm a few times a week. 5min at 50-55rpm is a great warmup. I won't elaborate on the intervals, but they are absolutely intense.
