Skyrim, Destiny 2, or Overwatch

I'm looking to purchase a new game for my XBox One and pretty much narrowed it down to either Skyrim, Destiny 2, or Overwatch but can't make up my mind. Which of these games would you choose? Any advice on making my decision would be appreciated. Thanks!

those are all very different games
Open World RPG - Single player
vs.
Open World First Person Shooter RPGish - Single Player/Multiplayer
vs.
First Person Shooter - Multiplayer only (I believe?)

Yeah I know and I enjoy all of those styles, so I have no preference in that area. Just wondering if there was anyone out there that has played all three and if so which did they like the best.

Bang for your buck probably Overwatch if you enjoy multiplayer. I think it is on sale pretty cheap right now.
Skyrim may be on sale as well. Can't go wrong there either.
With Destiny 2, its hard to give a verdict. If you played the first game, it is about at the same point as that on was in year 1. Lots of potential, but just a lack of content. It would be one I'd probably say hold off on until they've released a couple of the DLC's and see how it has changed.

I've played all three.
Destiny 2 I don't like very much. I played the hell out of D1, but this game just feels recycled and they didn't bring anything really new or refreshing to the series. If you haven't played D1 though, maybe you'd like it?
Overwatch is fantastic. It's way better with friends, and it's great to just play a few rounds when you have some downtime. Great depth and the game mechanics are top-notch.
And then Skyrim... oh Skyrim. I've gone back and started so many new games on this and poured hundreds of hours into it. Get a version where you can get good mods on it (either PC or XB1) and you're set. The mods add so much replayability.
Personally I'd go with OW or Skyrim.

Skyrim
If ur looking for hours and hours of play. And ability to use mods to make game even beteer, then skyrim hands down.
But if you do not like RPG games, then skyrim is not ur game. U can easily spend hundreds of hours on this game, mods give it even more play ability.
Other 2 are ur same boring Shooters, multi player games.

have you ever played Overwatch?

If you want single player - Skyrim.
If you want multiplayer/online Overwatch.
That should be how you narrow it down.

Yeah...nah. By the end of season 2 I was done with doing the same thing with the same characters over and over. Overwatch doesn't release new content fast enough to keep the game interesting.
ETA: For the OP, best bang for your buck is definitely Skyrim. Get it on PC for cheap and mod the shite out of it. I still play it nearly a decade later.
ETA2: I mean, you can downvote me all you want, but the steadily declining amount of playtime in PC Bangs tells the same story. Overwatch gets old.
This only goes up to July, too. There was a report not too long ago that Overwatch isn't even the #2 game in PC Bangs in Korea anymore and has fallen to almost 15% of total playtime (Down from the over 26% you see in the above image) for the first time since launch.
Overwatch falls to #3 in PC Bangs.

Thanks everyone for the input.
I hope this doesn't sound silly, as I'm more or less a casual gamer, but is Skyrim kind of like Fallout 4 but with swords rather than guns? I enjoyed that game. Thanks again.

I see some people say this and this and then laugh when they go play BF or CoD instead.
